 to render quality services to customers that provides a comfortable, efficient and
accommodating place for studying with a cup of nice blend coffee and treats
 to promote a less expensive study place

Legal issues.
Market Analysis
• Target market: Our target market would be anyone who finds it hard to look for an ideal
place to study because we can't deny that school libraries' ambience are a little bit stressing
sometimes--no foods or drinks allowed, just you, the tables and your school works. You might
also lose your library card which makes it inconvenient for you to access your library needs.

• Competition: Our major competitors would be the famous cafés that is surrounding us.
Dunkin Donut and Mister Donut are only a few blocks away from our place. One of their
strengths is their well known branding which makes it hard for a business to compete with.

• Market trends: Cafés are just one of the perfect places to study. The coziness and the good
smell of coffee suits people who are in need of concentration.

Summary of financial Needs

Each partner will contribute worth 100,000 pesos


for capital with total amount of 500,000 pesos. We are
planning to loan in PSbank for additional capital in case
something goes wrong. We will lease a space in X Loriega
building along the corner of Puerto Princesa North
Street and Malvar Street. We will purchase books,
chairs, tables, studying materials, coffee makers and
other utilities such internet connections and telephone
land lines for the convenience of the business services.
