Chapter five is the last chapter of dissertation or

student thesis graduation , the contents of final


chapter is :-
1. Findings.
2. Conclusion .
3. Recommendation.
 Findings , its one part in last chapter so it
contains bellow statements about the objectives
of investigation or research that you are doing as
researcher during the field of study.

 The researcher intended to find out the relation


between leadership behavior and organizational
effectiveness .
 The study was motivated by four objectives as
follows;
(1)determining the profile of respondents in terms
of gender, age, highest education qualification,
job position in the organization and experience,
(2) determining the extent of leadership behavior
(3) find out the level of organizational
effectiveness
(4) to determining if there is relationship between
leadership behavior and organizational
effectiveness.
 1st objectives you mention and make short
expression and descriptions about the
demographic X-chrs of the respondent referred
from the table of analyze in chapter four
according to their Age, Gender, Educational level
, Work experience and Position in the
Organization For Example :
The findings suggested that; male (87.2%)
dominate female (12.8%) among the employees
in Punt land Organizations ; educational level,
Diploma level (21.3%), degree holders (63.%),
and master (12.2%), and PhD(4%); age, age
bracket in between 20 to 39 (35.1%), 39 to
49(55%), 49 to 59(10.2%), and were age above
60(0%);.
 the job positions in the organization or
universities senior management (20.1%), middle
management (11%), subordinates (59%), and
supervisors (10%); number of years working,
below one year (9.5%), 1 to 3 years (18.2%), 4 to
6 years (53.1%), and 7 and above years (18.9%).
 Previous chapter we have been lean the aim of
2end objective which was to analyze the extent
or level of leadership behavior in Punt land
Business Organizations – Somalia.
 In chapter five as researcher make only short
interpretation about the table analyze.

 For Example :
 Overall, the extent of the leadership behavior
was satisfactory (mean = 1.80), while the aim is
to asses and evaluate the leadership behavior in
selected Punt land Business Organization and
after over founds the leadership behavior of
Organizations was highly poor satisfactory and
the best indicator which shows that is the overall
grand average of (mean =1.80).
 Obj 3 , is similar into the Obj 2 . For Example .
 In general, the level of organizational success
was satisfactory (mean =2.80) which clearly
shows the level of organizational Success in
selected Punt land Business Organizations
satisfactory and the best indicator which shows
that is result of overall grand average (mean
=2.80).
 this is the last objective of study or research
which compared the relationship between the
problem and root cause of the problem .
 After analyzing then as researcher you can
recognize is there relationship b/w the problem
and root cause or not .
 The statement of this objective is like this :-
 Relationship between extent of leadership
behavior and level of organizational success in
selected Punt land Business Organizations –
Somalia is measured in Pearson’s Linear
Correlation Coefficient (PLCC), and final results
indicate that the leadership behavior is positively
and significantly correlated organizational
success with (R=.480 ) and (Sig=0.03) , the
interpretation is significant relationship and
decision on hypothesis is rejected.
 NB interpretation depends on the table of
analyze.
 Regarding the findings, the following recommendations
are provided:
 Any organizations , institutions should give up for
effective leadership and management which planning and
managing the Organizations in punt land , Somalia.
 The top management should give more attention for the
basic organizational activities and tasks to ensure for it.
 Top management of any organization should make sharing
of decisions and plans , which encourages the employees
and resulted the increase of organizational profitability and
performance .
 To improve the skills and knowledge of employees in order
to increase the relationship between the subordinates and
managements.
 This study investigated on leadership behavior and
organizational effectiveness in selected Business
organizations in punt land , Somalia and during this
research was found that there is significant relationship
between leadership behavior and organizational
effectiveness .

 The researcher is recommending for further research to


be conducted in areas which are: the relationship
between leadership quality and organizational
profitability; effective management and organizational
performance ; organizational management and project
success.
