Data Needed :
1. Idart Tools with the following version
2. MR data (Busy Hour or Non Busy Hour at least 4 Hour)
3. Engpar (Engineering Parameter) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
4. Config MML

Process :
1) Run the following Idart tools processing
2) Input an necessary data as mentioned above
3) Choose the Function that you need to proceed (UMTS/GSM GEO, Terminal Analysis, Etc)
4) Set the parameter that we need e.g grid setting, Radius, etc.

We can calculate the Quadrant Calculation and Coverage Distribution (RX-Lev and RX-Qual) to se
the coverage condition

By the Calculation with Excel file using Scatter chart (in telkomsel project
called Spinoza) we can see the Condition of the coverage and quality on
your Area/Cluster by four category as mentioned above
