The more volunteers we have the quicker we grow!
• Individual player development
• Strong stick skills and many “touches”
combine for superior play
• Not a win at all cost approach
• Continuous improvement will be key with a
young program
• “Never Give Up!” attitude
 FUN – Key at all levels of play
• Developmental – Teach the game, rules, and skills
• Bantam and Youth – Increase lacrosse IQ such as
field awareness and ball movement
• Middle – Preparation for High School through
advanced defenses and offenses
• High School – Advances in competition and increasing
lacrosse IQ, taking players to the next level
 We are part of the PAC conference but, Lutheran West
is the only school in our conference with lacrosse.
 We would most likely be in OH 2 Reg 5, schedule TBD.

 We would be listed as a JV team not a Varsity team.

• Players, coaches, spectators and parents are to
conduct themselves in a manner that “Honors the
Game” and demonstrates respect to other players,
coaches, officials and spectators. The essential
elements in this “Code of Conduct” are HONESTY and
INTEGRITY”.
• “It is only through such conduct that our sport can earn
and maintain a positive image and make its full
contribution to youth sports in the United States and
around the world.”
Mandatory Paperwork
 US Lacrosse Numbers need to be up
to date, which will be included in the
pay to play cost each year.
 Concussion forms need to be signed.
 Physical needs to be completed within
the last year, make sure to get a
FREE PHYSICAL FLYER, sign up
soon spaces are limited.
 Payment in full, would be the cost of a
high school pay to play fee of $250.
