The Department of Educations Information, Communication and
Technology Service (ICTS) launched last February 15 the self-
service module for updating personnel data. This module is a
component of the Enterprise Human Resource Information System
(EHRIS) that is being supported by Basic Education Sector
Transformation (BEST) through the development of the Unified
Information System (UIS).

This self-service module is a first of a suite of facilities that will

automate routine Human Resource transactions such as leave
application, time and attendance, payroll, personnel action, etc.
 EHRIS records shall be the bases in preparing DepEd
Monthly Payroll to include computation of the
salaries of employees, mandatory deductions and
other employees salary loan deductions stated in
the Automatic Payroll Deduction System. Failure to
complete the EHRIS-PDS may result in the delay of
the processing of salaries and other benefits since it
will require a separate and manual computation.

PERSONAL DATA ONLINE through
fo.ehris.deped.gov.ph on September 20-25,
