What We Did...

- We made 21 activity plans regarding Financial


Literacy, Leadership and Development, and
Cultural Diversity along with corresponding
material bins.
- We designed plans for intermediate level
children
- The plans are meant to provide to the children
with positive educational experiences.
Why was this Important...
1. Pedagogy: Our group demonstrated an understanding of the
pedagogy pertaining to the organization
2. Multiversity: Our group demonstrated a commitment to equity,
inclusion and social justice by addressing the expressed need for
support with culturally diverse activities.
3. Professionalism: Our group demonstrated professionalism in our
relations with the broader community
4. We have demonstrated the benefits of a partnership between
educators and community organizations
5. The activities provide unique opportunities for kids to explore skills
and knowledge relevant to their development as 21st-century
citizens
6. The activities also get the kids outside and physically active on a
regular basis
