Symptoms report of HIV/AIDS:
Mary Smith have a flu-like illness within a month after exposure to the
virus, with fever, headache, tiredness, and enlarged lymph nodes.
During this period, Mary noticed rashes in her skin and swollen gums. A
week prior to admission she had an unexplained fatigue, rapid weight
loss, frequent fever and profuse night sweats. Upon admission she was
very thin in appearance, oral yeast infection (thrush) was noted and
suffered muscle aches and joint pain. She was admitted yesterday . This
morning she has experience fever , diarrhea , and severe headache.

Symptoms report of Rabies:
On the 2nd day of November, Felix Cruz, was bitten by his neighbours
unvaccinated dog. He sustained a 2 cm deep laceration in the right leg. A
week later he started experiencing symptoms in the form of fever,
headache, and general malaise. Upon admission, he was rushed to the
hospital with the signs of agitation, confusion, photophobia, and
hydrophobia. He was admitted yesterday. This morning he experiences
difficulty of swallowing, nausea and vomiting, and headache.
What is Aneurysm:

Symptoms Report of Aneurysm:
Two days prior to admission John Reyes reported sudden onset of light-
headedness and numbness of one side of the face. One day prior to
admission the patient went to bed and woke up with severe pain in the head
, disorientation and mild motor deficits. Upon admission he was rushed to
the hospital by his relatives with signs of stiff neck, blurred or double
vision, sensitivity to light and has an episodes of seizure. He was admitted
yesterday. This morning he losses his consciousness and suddenly die.
