Established in 2012
The vocational /technical program located in Bagong Silang 1, Labo, Camarines
Norte and the college level established in Sto. Binutas, Barangay Bagong Silang
1, Labo, Camarines Norte
Offered 8 qualification duly registered by the UTPRAS
Implement the Competency Based Training
We are also accredited TESDA Assessment Center
the foci of educational development are to produce skilled manpower needed by
high-end market locally and internationally, particularly in the field of welding,
automotive, electronics, Animal Production, Agricrops, Horticulture, Organic
Agricultural Production and construction industry, ladderized courses in tourism
management and agriculture for vocational/technical education. For Agri-based
and agro-forest graduates of the college, the institution will produce
businessmen and entrepreneurs in both fields and produced manpower for other
market
VISION
The Camarines Norte College of Arts and Business shall
emerge as the best and most adequately equipped institution
of higher learning in the Bicol Region, a center of excellence in
quality education focused on research, development,
extension services, making use of advance information and
communication technology, maximizing ecological and
economic innovations, and promoting social advocacy and
sustainable industrial ventures responsive to the demands of
global competitiveness.
The College shall endeavor to give professional, technical and vocational
training using advance information and communication technology in the fields
of agriculture, arts, sciences and business management;

It shall aspire to generate manpower skills suited to the labor market and
application of appropriate knowledge on ecological and economic innovations
for agricultural and forestry development;

It shall strive to upgrade the facilities of the College, for artistic creativity of the
students, professional capability of faculty and staff, and to establish viable
ventures designed to the needs of the community.

It shall seek to enhance research and extension capabilities of the College;


promote entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and relevant academic
programs supportive of local investments in Camarines Norte and global
industries.
I shall develop the student intellectually, academically, spiritually and morally as
future leaders of the country.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

This course is designed to enhance the


knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills
of animal production technician in
accordance with industry standards. It
covers raising poultry, small and large
ruminants and swine. It also includes
competencies in workplace
communication, teamwork, safety in the
use of hand tools and equipment, and
housekeeping

1. Be punctual attendance is checked in


the morning and afternoon sessions.
2. Wear your ID Inside the PSU premises
3. Proper Dress Code should be observe
4. Keeping the training are clean
5. Handle the equipment with care
SAFETY PROCEDURE
1. Use appropriate protective clothing (gloves, gowns, hair/shoe covers, eye protection,
masks, respirators, etc.) and remove after animal contact
2. Follow the Instruction Carefully to prevent hazard.
3. No food or drinks in areas where animals, their wastes or body products are present.
4. Use extreme care when using needles or other sharps; never recap needles.
5. Launder protective clothing at work or by a professional service. Dont take protective
clothing home. Dont wear clothing/shoes worn around animals anywhere else.
6. Read and follow all safety signs and instructions in lab and animal areas
7. Only work with animals for which you have adequate training in safe handling
Techniques
8. Review protocols and/or exposure control plans; understand potential health and
safety hazards.
9. Know what types of work require additional protective devices such as safety glasses
or goggles, face shields, special gloves, masks, or respirators.
10. Wash hands after removing gloves. Wash hands frequently and avoid touching your
face while working with animals.
11. Know basic first aid measures for animal bites, scratches, etc.
12. Know how to report exposures, accidents, injuries and illnesses.
13. Know emergency, spill, and evacuation procedures
14. Follow proper work practices for disinfection and waste disposal.
15. Notify your supervisor or PI of any questions, safety concerns, work exposures or
