Chandra Bakshi.
He invested at this place and Big Shiv temple
and Radha Krishna (Thakurdwara) was created
here.
Also a big and beautiful Pond was created
here.

Bakshi ka Talab market has been serving the
rural regions of the Northern Lucknow since
years.
The market covers the basic needs to the
wants of the local population. (Rice, wheat,
sarees, hair accessories etc.,).
Most of the sellers in the market possess
temporary shops & visit on regular basis to
the market

1. Shyam Singh is a regular sellar in the BKT market since the past
20 years
2. Initially he started his business on a cycle, later he got a stall
after 10 years with his savings
3. Price= 30% *(Normal Lucknow price)
4. Demonetization didnt effect him much, as he doesnt deal
with large amount of money
5. He has diversified his products from pani puri to samosa &
cutlet in the recent times after his sons started helping him in
the business
6. He is physically handicapped & chooses to continue his
business as he feels he doesnt fit in any other role.
7. He feels Competition is not a problem as everyone sells at the
same price & has their regions defined

1. Demonetization didnt effect him much, as he doesnt deal
with large amount of money
2. He live around 8- 10kms away from the market towards the
north of lucknow.
3. He visits the market at least once a week.
4. His inventory at house is not for moore than 5 days at once,
since he cant afford to purchase more at a time
5. He travels on bicycle to reach the market along with his wife,
and some times comes by walk to purchase commodities.
6. Bakshi Ka Talab market was introduced to him by his father,
their family has been purchasing goods from this market since
few years

saktha hun, tho yahi panipoori bhej raha hun apna dhandha aise hi chalatha hun.
