Present tense
Use: to talk about facts, permanent situations, habits and routines.

1. Facts (hechos) Ex.: The sun is a big yellow star.

2. Permanent situations Ex.: Aunt Delia works in an office.

4. Routines (rutinas) Ex.: I get up at 7 oclock every day.
