llustrate the Fascia above 30 meters how to install the sign.(logo 2 set)

Judge for the location of gate is reasonable or not , and discuss with dealer whether or not to remove.

If Find Fascia has leak before installation request dealer repair it.
-
In order to install Fascia whether or not need to organize or strengthen the wall according to the manual .

If the Fascia power line is exposed , need the dealer to bury or pack it

Check the air conditioning needs to be replaced or not, and introduced the effect of installing heat sheet.

If the left and right sides of the dealership have spaces or up and down of Front Fascia have spaces, recommended
installation graphic.
-If the wall material is not good , recommend Assian paint companys textured paint.
Outside -
In order to install Fascia ,clearly tell the dealer scaff folding is his responsibility.

The original Fascia need dealers removed by themselves , If need we help to remove, pay the cost for us .

If the location of gate is not reasonable , recommend remove it.

If the quality of slope at the front of the gate is not good , to be construction in accordance with our manual in the
future.

If the original gate is removed, require dealer repair and strengthen the ground befor install the new gate.

The confirmed grade for the shop, overall condition of the onsite and whats the basic concept
Setting up the D for the design will be discussed between each team.

esign Concept The above will be also reported to the MD for setting up the suitable design concept for each
project.

Based on the measured size of the onsite, the designer can start the basic drawing work
(Layout Drawing).In Layout Drawing, need to mark the location of the Gate.
Using the Gate as a center based, lay the Grid on the floor. Detail
Step 3 CAD Drawing Once Grid is added, print out the drawing paper and then start the basic-layout work by

Once the hand-drawing is done, the designer can start CAD Drawing.
If necessary, the designer can discuss with the other team-members or asked the MD for advice.

Is the Gate going to be One-side type or two-side type door?


Need to make sure which frame of the Gate has been used.

2) Is there any disturbance such as existing pillar front of Gate ?
- (these might block the main signage)
3) If the new Gate is installed bigger than the existing one, it may cause making a new supporting-surface of the floor.
4) Need to check whether the maintenance-works will be possible or not after the demolition of the existing structure.

Can decide the position of Reception based on the onsite condition.


Opt.1) No-change = Replacing on the existing position.
Opt.2) Change = Installing on the new position (using GDSI guide).
3.Information
Issue : If having difficulty in applying GDSI Manual due to the onsite condition such as existing columns, installing at
the other position can be considered or he/she can discusses on it with MD.
* Familiar with GDSI manual and improved according to the Indian local conditions.

The vehicle layout can be considered in 2-different circumstances.


1) The position of customer looking the showroom from the outside.
2) The viewing direction of the vehicle approaching to the Information Desk inside the showroom.
Along with the no. 1) & 2), the following can be considered to decide the proper number of vehicles.
(The current no. of displayed vehicles, the requested no. of vehicles for display from Hyundai and dealer, the expected
sales-furniture of the company)
4.Car Layout 3) Based on the above information, the position of Lead Car Stage can be decided next.
4) If possible, it is advised not to display the vehicle showcasing its backside when looking at the vehicle from the
show-window.
5) As customers approach to the Information-Desk, display the vehicle as though it shows its front-side toward the
customers.
6) In a small-size showroom, displaying the vehicle in a straight-shape is suggested in order to minimize the wasting space
of the platform.

Due to many Mezzanine-structure in India, checking and measuring the lower level height is very important.
(i.g it helps us figure out whether our furniture can be accessed or not)
If theres no change of the onsite wall-structure, it is necessary to find
the suitable space where the Product Zone can be installed properly.
Once the position of the wall confirmed, the layout plan for furniture display needs to be considered.
5.Furniture
Need arrangement of the suitable location for Customer Lounge.
(Check first if the edge-side of the total space can be used or not, and if possible, the space where displaying
Product Zone together is better)
It is recommended to place both Glass Top Table and Chairs where
the spare space is available (i.g space between vehicle 1 vehicle 2).

Needs check if the existing layout can be maintained or not.


Needs check if the existing wall-structure can be adjustable.If using the existing wall-structure, plan for layout in a
way
that it focuses more on the Furniture Arrangement.
6.Office Lay Out
If demolishing existing structure is possible, needs to make sure
whether 100% of client request can be accepted or not.
In case of having problem, it is advisable to report to both team manager (PM) and MD (or CEO).
Carry on the planned layout after the problem first solved.
It is very important that we plan and arrange all the furniture layout and its numbers from the perspective of the
customers.
Office space & its layout need to be arranged for the customer convenience.
7.Others The number of furniture and its arrangement are all linked to the Company Profit, thus, well organized plan is
important.
In terms of Signage, the standard and options are diverse, and therefore, Self-study to understand it is very
necessary for all employees.

1) The distance gap between the vehicles / the availability of the movement when the car enters from
outside / space issue when opening the door /
2) Are the vehicles and the number arranged properly as per the client request?

In case of Customer Lounge & Product Zone composed in the same position, needs check if the layout
of product zone and the lounge space can be utilized effectively by the customers.
Needs to make sure if the planned layout and its space are well arranged according to the customer
moving path.
(Accurate scale measurement is necessary for more effective layout plan)
Needs check whether the moving path for Exit is easily accessible.
Needs check the overall space based on the layout, and figure out if there is any available space to place
