The 500 level TMC is essentially a
critical look at what has been taught
from year one to year four from profile
building perspective
TMC 511 is titled Profile Building and
The focus of this course will therefore
be on areas of life where profile
building is essential.
 What is profile building
Profile is a description of somebody or
something that gives defining and useful
information.
It is the general impression that somebody
or something gives to the public and the
amount of attention they receive.
Profile building is therefore the process of
developing oneself for outstanding
definition, description, impression and
attention.

Purpose and Vision profile
Moral profile
Intellectual profile
Social profile
Career profile
Leadership profile
Moral profile
Legacy profile
Course focus

TMC 511 must be seen from a practical

perspective. The focus is to see
students practically build their profile
based on the domains listed.
However, there are profile concepts
that will be explored during lectures.
Students are also encourage to share
their profile experiences with the class.
