The PIC (Mr. Bernardo) must send all the required

documents to Mr. OHBA thru courier as stated in the
past slide . and all the documents must be photocopy

The crew must hold their original copy to be use in their

final oral and physical exam in NYK LAGUNA,
 Providing E-LEARNING EXAM
TRAINING REVIEWER to the candidates
through USB or direct to the LAPTOP to
advance reviewing..

As per announce by the JSA, the crew

must take there exam before ?????
DEADLINE??????
 If ready, all the candidates take their final E-
LEARNING EXAM in FAIRSHIPPING
TRAINING CENTER to be assisted by the
Person In Charge.
And as a result of this, if they PASS OR FAILED,
must be send to NETI office(NYK E-TRAINING
INSTITUTE) to Mr. JAYCEE DEL ROSARIO thru
email to issue the JML Certificate (Certificate of
Completion) to served as a proof that the
candidates are deserve to take there oral and
physical exam.

May 16, 2014 - Mr. Manuelito U. Bernardo

conducted the final briefing of all the
candidates to prepared themselves for the
oral and physical exam to be held in NYK
Canlubang, Laguna.
As per preparation, the PIC give some
information and techniques that can be
used during the examination for JISS.
 FINAL COUNTDOWN..
Then at the date of exam, the PIC will
accompany and guide all the candidate at
the site
