Being a corporation
whose existence is desired by society
Sincerity, harmony, and enthusiasm are the watchwords of Anritsus company
philosophy. It is on these words that we base the CSR activities of the Anritsu Group.
While compliance with all laws and regulations, ethics, and social norms are a given,
Anritsu regards one of its CSR roles as contributing to the expansion of those
businesses that can lead to the sustainability of the earth and society.
Anritsu continues to provide products that are eco-friendly for their whole lifecycle,
implementing environmental management in all the areas of its business to create a
sustainable society.
To provide customers in all parts of the world with precise service and support, Anritsu
has established 14 service centers in 12 countries worldwide.
Service engineers, all of whom have advanced expertise, handle customer requests by
using actual equipment to simulate customers operating environments.
Anritsu makes proactive efforts to improve its salespeoples responses and products
performance and quality, while shortening delivery times. All of this has been
undertaken as a result of listening to the voices of customers through interviews and
questionnaires.
Anritsu is globally expanding its quality assurance system that is based on ISO 9001
Quality Management Systems.
Using its basic established technologies, Anritsu has also achieved excellent results in
fields that have a less direct relationship to communications.
These include: light sources and atomic clocks.
To achieve rapid product delivery, Anritsu has introduced a global key information
system to predict demand by integrating inquiry information from all over the world,
reducing parts procurement lead time, and building close partnerships with partner
companies.
To improve Time to Market for customers, Anritsu aims to achieve waste-less pull-
production systems. All of our marketing, development, purchasing, and manufacturing
departments are working together as one to promote production innovation.
