Conclusions
No porcelain types (top core/tank type CT:s, VT:s (tank type!), CVT
capacitors) are proof against shattering at failure inside porcelain
Ex: ABB (and others!) can supply polymer insulators, but almost no
user feel it justified to pay the higher cost!
