OBJECTIVES
The objective of this work is to develop an air cooler, which employs the similar principle in producing
cool breeze of air as in the existing air coolers.
Upper tank for storage of water and the need for a pump for recirculation of water.
Lower tank to the upper tank thus energy is saved. The air cooler not only saves energy.
Also occupies lesser space and more stable.
The lower sump is used for storing the water. In order to raise the water the natural property fibers the
capillary action is used. The fabric dipped in the sump raises water due to capillary action incorporates
different working principle other than conventional air cooler.
Existing in the market, which uses the principle of capillarity to raise water. Objective is meet the
cooling affect same as conventional air cooler in the market by consuming less power.

During, the submerged and the motor are switched on. It is pulling the air from the atmosphere in the bottom
side
of the holes.
And at once, the cooling water is circulated in the copper tube and get together in the thermocole box.
During the motor is started which is rotated speed in 3000 rpm and immediately the holes are sucking the ai
from the atmosphere and transmit to the above surface.
The copper tube is placed in above surface which is getting the chillness and again sends to the
over and above surface.
Finally, the cooling air is received from the outlet of the L bow pipe.

We have a made homemade conceal fan air cooler is very useful for poor people which is of very
cheap and easily carried from one room to other. To make this project more reliable. The main advantage
of the model is it can be movable to any place of a closed room. Thus the main benefit of this model is
its flexibility. All you need to do is to carry the unit to that area where you want to chill whether you are
working in office or relaxing at home. This air cooler is economically less cost and less maintenance
compared to other air coolers.
