This research project explores the implication of using 2Pl, 3PL and 4PL services, their
differences and the decisions in selection of the type of service provider. The topic to be
studied is to investigate the impact of 2PL, 3PL and 4PL on supply chain profile
HYPOTHESES
Hypotheses

H1: Supplier strategic Partnership have a positive impact on supply chain


profile

H2: Customer Relationship have a positive impact on supply chain profile

H3: Information Sharing have a positive impact on supply chain profile

H4: Risk and reward sharing have a positive impact on supply chain
profile
RESEARCH METHODS
Method of data collection
The data for research was collected by the employees who are currently working in different
sectors and fields, through questionnaire derived from the research by (Pesic, Milic &
Stankovic, 2013).

Sampling Technique
Probability based simple random sampling technique, was implemented to gather data from
the selected respondents.

The size of sample consists of 249 respondents that were employees

Instrument of Data Collection


The respondents for the subject were employees of various organizations. We have conducted
this research through structured questionnaires. The structured form of questionnaires

CONCLUSION
Discussions

As competition is very tough in market there are some factors which affects competitiveness such as
uncertainty of market, fierce competition, increasing demands of customers in order to satisfy growing needs
and expectations of customer and gain competitive advantage, companies need to become more and more
productive, effective and efficient to make it all possible; organizations need more than low cost logistics
services

Conclusion

The study concludes with three variables have a significant impact on supply chain profile/performance of
firms. Strategic supplier partnership, Information sharing and customer relationship improves the supply
chain profile of the organizations. Therefore Firms cannot compete as a single entity level; In order to
compete in global market and stay competitive they must act as an integral member of a supply chain. This
research determines, outsourcing has become a practice that boosts the efficiency of the supply chain profile,
impacting organizational performance positively.

Policy Implication

This study will help all type of organizations that want to improve in terms of productivity and
competitiveness in global market, positively encouraging exportation and thus, improving the current
