Chanting of five slokas in sequence
Recite the 10 Astottarsatnam if taught
Interact with children about their cleanliness, dress, hair,
teeth etc.

Sarvadharma prayer (1 Min)
Japa Om Sri Sai Ram 21 times (1 Min)
Silent sitting joy ride / form meditation (1+2=3 Mins)

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.
Integration with day-to-day life

Integrate the lesson to practical life. Be it shloka, veda,


bhajan or mantra.
