Clculo de un tablero
elctrico.

 Potencia total disipada en el tablero
(Plot)

Esta es la suma de la potencia en los dispositivos

de maniobra y proteccin (termomagnticas y
diferenciales, etc.) y debe tenerse en cuenta los
factores de simultaneidad (K) y utilizacin (Ke).
Adems debe considerarse un aumento del sobre el
valor anterior, por conexiones (tomacorrientes y
fichas), rel, pequeos aparatos.
El factor de utilizacin (Ke) en base a pruebas trmicas
se establece en 0,85 y se aplica a la corriente de
entrada.
Luego la Ptot = Pdp + Pdp + Pau
Y Ptotal potencia declarada por el fabricante
Pdp= Potencia disipada en los dispositivos de
proteccin y maniobra (en Watt), teniendo en cuenta el
factor de simultaneidad (K) y de utilizacin (Ke)
Pau= Potencia disipada de otros componentes
instalados en el tablero, Ojo buey, transformadores y
conexiones.
Ejemplo de clculo de un tablero elctrico en base a su calentamiento.
- Se calcula la Pdp (potenciad de prdidas) en los Interruptores
termomagntlcos en base a tabla adjunta.
Ejemplo circuito elctrico:
Conceptos sobre corrientes armnicas en el neutro en
sistemas trifsicos equilibrados.
Hay cargas como: iluminacin fluorescente con balastros
electrnicos, fuentes de tensin continua conmutadas en donde la
corriente ya no es pura sino que est distorsionada.

La 3ra armnica de cada fase se suman en el conductor neutro con la fundamental,

produciendo una seal distorsionada corno la del grfico 4
 Dimensionado del conductor neutro y de fase.

Tanto los conductores de fase como el neutro, se deben

dimensionar segn el contenido de la 3er armnica presente en
los conductores de lnea.
Para porcentajes hasta 33% el clculo de los 4 conductores se
debe hacer en funcin del conductor de lnea. Para porcentajes
mayores al 33% de la 3er armnica el clculo se debe hacer en
funcin de la corriente del neutro corrigiendo la seccin de los
conductores de lnea en base a la tabla 771.16Xl (AEA 3/2006)
Ejemplo de clculo de circuitos con corrientes armnicas.
De no contarse con datos del fabricante, pueden usarse como
orientacin los siguientes valores:
 Ejemplo:
Sistema trifsico (380V) cargas equilibradas (10 KW
por fase) con un cos.p = 0,85 y 3ra armnica de 20%
 Consideraciones sobre la corriente de cortocircuito (CC)
en un tablero principal de un inmueble.

Basada en la Norma IEC 60909 y con las condiciones

siguientes, se pueden obtener las ICC presunta en los bornes
de un transformador de distribucin:
a) Cortocircuito equilibrado.
b) La U/ no varia durante el cortocircuito.
c) La resistencia de arco no se considera.
d) La falla es franca (R = o)

cortocircuitos previstas en los bornes
del transformador de distribucin.
