Insurance is a means of protection from financial loss. It is a
form of risk management primarily used to hedge against the
risk of a contingent, uncertain loss.

An entity which provides insurance is known as insurer, or


insurance company a person or entity who buys insurance is
known as insured or policyholder

company promoted jointly by Bajaj Auto and German insurer-
Allianz. Indian auto major holds 74% while Allianz holds 26%
in the Joint Venture, and has an authorized and paid up

Observation and findings

Around 70percent of motor insurance customers are


satisfied with Bajaj Allianz general insurance policy
as compared to other company.
Premium is bit high compared to other companies
like TATA AIG and ICICI LOMBARD general insurance.
Smaller infrastructure facilities as compared with
other established players
Suggestion

Most of the insured are not aware of Drive assure


policy, motivate them for that add on package to the
customers.
Motivate the customers for Health policies while
follow up them for renewals and also give some extra
benefits to customer.
Company should conduct seminars in educational
institution to provide information about company and
its product.
Conclusion

Company need to create trust in customers about


private insurance companies by rendering good
services like proper claims, good responses to
customer queries and maintaining good relationship
with customers
