PUSCH UL(Avg PUSCH) Interference

causes(Poor SINR)
1. Constant increased in Average UL Active Users and reduction in power headroom .
2.External Interference.
3.Reduced Cell Availability.
4.Overshooting(Antenna tilt)
5. Core Level Changes affecting Subscriber Profiles in LTE.
6.Radio Condition

Increased number of UE :increased interference and degradation in Avg UE PWR hr PUSCH(PHR)

UL PUSCH interference Range: Acceptable Range:-112to -123, Not Acceptable: 0 to -108
UE UL Active Users : Acceptable Range : <6,Not Acceptable >9
Avg UE PWR hr PUSCH(PHR):4.5 to 7 dBm.

LTE1336 Feature
Interference aware UL power control feature.

1. improves the uplink (UL) cell capacity and the cell-edge

performance(in both closed-loop and open-loop UL power controls).
2. This feature increases the uplink throughput of end users.

3. The ULPUSCH transmissions from the UE are received as wanted

signal from the cell, but are received as interference from the
neighboring cells
This feature is not suitable for the following:
Scenarios with neighboring cells whose DL powers differ by more
than ~12 dB.
Networks with repeaters that operate with different gains between
uplink and
downlink directions.
Repeaters with asymmetric gains distort the eNB's calculation of path
loss ratio.
Unexpected results are acquired if the DL gain differs from the UL
gain..
The LTE1336: Interference aware UL power control feature introduces
the actUlpcMethod parameter that replaces ulpcEnable, ulpcPuschEn,
ulpcPucchEn, and ulpcSrsEn parameters from the previous releases,
and offers to
select one of the valid modes of UL power control. The parameter
actUlpcMethod is used for feature activation and offers various
combinations between the open- loop, closed-loop, and interference-
aware power control for the PUSCH, physical uplink
control channel (PUCCH), and the sounding reference signal (SRS).

The ulpcCEBalanceIAw, ulpcMinWaitForPc, ulpcMinQualIAw,

ulpcRefPwrIAw, and ulpcRssiMaxIAw parameters are used for tuning the UL-
PC
algorithm.
