Reaksi Tranfusi Darah AKUT:
hemolitik, panas, alergi, hipervolume,
sepsis bakteria, lung injury, dll
Reaksi Transfusi Darah LAMBAT
Yang paling sering timbul:
- reaksi febris
- reaksi alergi
- reaksi hemolitik
Nyeri kepala menggigil dan gemetar
