SyncMirror Provides an up-to-date copy of data at the remote

site; data is ready for access after failover without
administrator intervention

ClusterRemote Provides a mechanism for administrator to declare

site disaster and initiate a site failover via a single

FC Interconnect Provides filer connectivity between sites that are

greater than 500 meters apart; enables sites to be
located at a safe distance away from each other
