INTRODUCTION
Milk and dairy products are so important that they are one of the four major
food groups.
Its advisable that we try to get at least two serves of dairy each day.
Milk being high source of calcium , is essential for developing the strongest
bones when we are growing up and also for maintaining the strength.
Children around 1 to 3 years need around 500 mg of calcium everyday
whereas adults need around 1200 mg calcium everyday.
One glass of milk(250 ml) contains around 350 mg(approx) of calcium.
Hence Milk becoming an imperative food stuff for healthy life style.
PROBLEM
Milk from dairy cows contain high quality proteins, carbohydrates and
selected micronutrients . More than 95% milk proteins are constituted by
caseins and whey proteins.
Different mutations in bovine beta casein have led to 12 genetic variants and
out of these A1 and A2 are most common..
A1 milk is produced mainly by indigenous breeds of Northern europe.A1 milk
have numerous side effects that includes the following.
Risk of Type 1 diabetes , Negative effects on digestive system , risk of heart
diseases and early death of Infants(SIDS).
SOLUTION
Researches in New Zealand have discovered that A1 milk protein does not
have any side effects unlike A1 milk protein.
A2 cow milk is naturally easy to digest
Switching to A2 milk has helped the people who previously have difficulty
with A1 milk.
Also A2 milk have answers to every debate which suggests soy milk or almond
milk over a2 milk.
Firstly A2 milk is a completely naturally occurring milk with 6 times more
calcium levels as soy milk and 8 times more protein levels of almond milk.

India is the largest milk producer in world with share more than 17% globally
In 2014-15 milk production was 147 million tons and likely to reach 200
million tons by 2022.
Milk production is increasing by 3.5% while the demand is increasing by 5%
Currently A2 milk production is around 8% and remaining 92% comes from
A1 milk in India.
With the spreading awareness about A1 VS A2 milk , the need for A2 milk is
increasing by 30% for the last three years.
BUSINESS MODEL
This B-plan aims to develop the business in India first rather than global
outreach.

Packaged milk will be launched initially with 50 % of the initial amount
Ghee ,cream and butter will be started after 2 months with 10% of the funding
Ice-cream and beverages will be started after 6 months with 10 % of funding
Dried skimmed milk and powder will be started after 8 months with 30% funding.
SUMMARY
A2 milk harkens back to the way milk used to be natural & human intervention caused
cows to develop A1 proteins in their milk.
All other mammals produce A2 milk, including humans, which means A2 milk could offer
a closer experience to drinking the milk that humans are supposed to have.
The difference between the milk protein in A1 and A2 milk is only one amino acid
but this little difference potentially impacts how our bodies digest the milk.
With its natural golden color and amazing nutritional benefits, A2 milk is the way milk
should look, taste and be enjoyed as nature originally intended.
