Etiology of DUB:
1. disorders of
hypothalamus---pituitary ---ovary axis
immature of feedback regulation in young women
ovarian function failure in climacteric women

PCOS,TSH,PRL
excessive physical exercise
 Causes of DUB is difficult to know with
certainty
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is often
found in the state: polycystic ovarian
syndrome (PCO), obesity, hypothalamic-
pituitary axis immaturitas-ovaries, for
example at the time of menarche,
anovulation late, for example during
perimenopause and psychiatric
disorders.
 PENATALAKSANAAN
Tujuan penanganan DUB :
- Mengontrol perdarahan keluar
- Mencegah komplikasi
- Memperbaiki keadaan umum
pasien
- Memelihara fertilitas
- Menginduksi ovulasi bagi pasien
yang
menginginkan anak.
