Uniqueness of Personal History
William Bill Gates is cofounder and chair of Microsoft
Corporation, the worlds largest developer of software for
personal computers, was the wealthiest person in the
world with assets estimated at more than $70 billion. A self
made man.
He cofounded Microsoft in 1975. Under Gates
leadership, Microsoft developed the well-known MS-DOS,
windows operating system, and internet explorer browser.

Interests
His interest in computers at age of 13 when he had a friend
developed their first computer software program
He later attended Harvard University but left, without
graduating, to focus on software development.

Personality / Character traits
Bill Gates is both intelligent and visionary. When he
cofounded Microsoft, he knew how to meet the
technological needs of people in the future, and he
hired friends to help him accomplish his vision
Gates is also task oriented and diligent, often working
12 or more hours a day to promote his interest in
software product development

Motivation
Gates understands that leadership isnt all about control,
its about trusting and respecting others, which makes the
employees feel more appreciated and loyalty which would
motivate the employees to work better in the workplace.
Entered around improving public schools, and third world
health. Obviously, once one becomes wealthy, the
motivations probably become refined and targeted

"To get a workstation running Microsoft's software onto


every desk and eventually every home".

"Microsoft work to help people and businesses throughout


the world realize their full potential".

Goals
Bill Gates believed there should be computer in
every office desk and in every home, running
Microsoft software.
Bill Gates and his school friend Paul Allen formed
an operating system called micro computer
software in short micro soft. It changes the way
people use computer.

Objectives
He has to search market demand & social economy.
He has full of knowledge about his company, it will be
technical, operation, financial & market dynamic.
He has strong desire to success in life. His aim is not a
single goal but to achieve higher goal.
He needs independent in work & decision making. He is
a good planner, organizer, good communication skill.
He put his continuous efforts to success in his work.

Conclusion
Bill Gates as most of us known is the creator of Microsoft. Bill Gates was
known for his intelligence, creativity, and company. Ultimately, Bill Gates is one of
the greatest modern day leaders. He pioneered the technology revolution, and put
the layer between the user and DOS. He made a living room sized computer into a
coffee table sized computer. Bill Gates has become the richest person in the world
and donated most of his money. He has also founded the Bill & Melinda Gates
Foundation to help fight multiple causes. He continues to live his life making a
difference in this world. We believe that Microsoft won't be the only legacy he will
leave.
