 INTRODUCTION
Pedagogy i.e. the science of teaching is the systematic
and organized way of teaching that aims at fruitful
outcome in the form of innovation, employment and a
better life of the students.
An educationalist or pedagogue plays a major role in
nation building through versatile growth of students by
inculcating knowledge of various streams in them.
Teaching as a profession is the amalgamation of
responsibility towards the students as well as opportunity
to render self development.
 WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE THIS
CAREER
I see this career path incomparable to other career paths because of
following reasons:
We have always opportunity to learn more and more stuffs.

As a honest teacher, we yield genuine prestige among the students

as well as society.
We can always teach irrespective of our ages, theoretically till the

last breath.
The satisfaction, we fetch by providing knowledge to the student
is itself a great perk.
These are only a few among numerous reasons.
 THE WAY I TEACH
A great way of teaching requires to be learned with persistent effort
and perseverance. It does not come automatically.
I teach the students not only course material but the ways of
grasping the knowledge also.
Career oriented method of teaching is my top priority.
Various psychological tools are available such as mnemonics,
method of loci, neural linguistic programme etc. which may be
used to make any student having average IQ talented.
Associating every knowledge of engineering with the everyday life
built curiosity and interest in the students that makes learning
process easy.
 So I stress upon practical along with theory a vital combination.
My sole aim is to prepare every student in such a manner that he
can face any adverse situation in the present competitive world
and get succeed.
 MY EXPECTATION FROM THIS CAREER PATH
AND FUTURE PERSPECTIVE

I would like to contribute towards remarkable growth of the

students, institute and no doubt myself simultaneously.
As continuous learning is my motto of choosing this career, I
would like to accept any type of responsibility besides teaching.
I would like to perform research work in this institute and try to
get quality research articles published now and again.
If everything goes well, I might pursue part time PhD in future
along with carrying out my responsibilities in this institute.
If I get selected for faculty position, I hope institute will
coordinate me in doing my duties well.
