Mission and values
Our initiative to open this business came from the desire to
offer the audience a different experience, something that does
not have contact every day, providing a new way of leisure.
Our mission is to create a intelligent relaxing space. We want
to challenge people with labyrinths created and offer them the
chance to enjoy teamwork. Starting from the idea that it takes to
win an accumulation of knowledge, we want to make people
happy by giving them a unique experience.
Values: integrity, honesty, attention to customer needs. Also,
we place great emphasis on the feedback received from those
who visit us, and we want to grow and develop based on our
clients feed-back
Our services
The game itself involves finding keys to open the three doors
available, made available during 60 minutes. But this is hard, keys
being in the most unusual places.
We proposed to partially decorate each month our rooms
to make the adventure enthusiasts to return. The keys will be
located in a different place each time, to avoid the possibility of
knowing where he was previously.
In addition to three gaming room, we have a waiting room
decorated as a cafe, where those awaiting or even those who
finished to relax with a coffee or a drink.
We are willing to organize team buildings, birthdays-party,
participants being divided into groups of 5-6 people maximum, to
come at a time in the game.
Main competitors
Locally, our main competitors are "X-Activities & Escape
Rooms", which holds in Bucharest 2 offices: "Military Intelligence
Room" and "Black & White Room". Another potential competitor is
the "Panic Room", who have a room in Cluj-Napoca, but announced
the opening of another 3 rooms, one of which is located in Bucharest.
What The Maze bring new, compared to our competitors:
originality, innovative ideas and a game that brings into focus the
attention to detail

Marketing strategies
To make "The Maze" become more popular and arouse the interest of as many
customers as we want our marketing strategies and ways of promoting will be based on:
- creating a company website - this is one of the most effective solutions to be visible to
potential clients 24/24;
- using Google Ad Words services - a simple, efficient and not very expensive method, wich
allow us to analyze the preferences of customers by the ads they will access.
- introducing a promotional card - an ideal solution for both customer loyalty and for attracting
new customers. We use a card, with which customers will be given a free entry to the games
room for every 4 visits paid.
- creating a Facebook page - in an era in which all news quickly spread, a Facebook page has
become such a necessity. We will display new content every day, such as games and logic
games.
- changing rooms monthly - to avoid monotony and also to encourage customers to return, we
will change room decorations every month. Also we will have special decorations depending on
certain occasions like Halloween.
- Flyers - a cheap solution to make the brand "The Maze" known.
- contests - weekly team that escapes in the shortest time, will receive a custom shirt for each
member. Also in the next week, into the game room we will display a picture of the winning
group.
- custom shirts - company employees will wear t-shirts with company logo
Pricing policy
Our main competitor practice following prices: 135 lei
for 2-4 people + 45 lei for each additional person. Because
our game room will have three rooms, and the complexity
will increase gradually, we believe that the correct prices are:
- 1-2 people - 80 lei
- 3-4 persons - 150 lei
- 5-6 persons - 200 lei.
Game room can be rented up to 10 times per day, since
an hour will be allocated for each game, and between games
there will be a half hour break to restore the playing surface to
its original appearance. We anticipate the first 3 months of
opening, an average of 8 daily rent, and we will try to keep an
average of 7 daily rentals after this 3 months.
Our team
Owners will have also an employee status.
