RESPECTING THE PROCEDURES
OF THE TESTING PHASE
 THE TIME FRAME

The test phase started at the end of November and

is ongoing:

During this periode we achieved the following

activities:

- We splited the 16 persons selected for the test

phase in 3 small groups (5, 5 and 6 persons).

- With all these groups we achieved two or three

group meetings, since February to April.

- Also, the councillors achieved two or three

personal interviews with all the participants.
 VENUES AND EQUIPMENT

The test phase was achieved only in two rooms,

put at our disposal, temporarily, by Buzu
County Council, with appropriate furniture and
equipments and internet access provided by
Vox Civica.

Aquisition of the participants
The participants were selected with the support of our
partners from the stakeholders network (especially,
RER Ecologic Service Buzu, a company which work in
the field of public sanitation) and through the contacts
of the chairman of Vox Civica.

- RER Ecologic gave us the contacts of the people

they considered that fit with our needs;

- we contacted them by phone or face to face and we

explained them what is talking about;

- then we chose the persons who fit with our criteria;

Vox Civica worked during test phase with
four facilitator, all of them being
attended participants to the trainings
held in Hungary, as follow:

- Two of them are teachers;

- One of them, is a psychologist.
- One of them is graduated in Business
Management.

- With the two groups of five people

were organized three meetings

- With the group of six people were

organized two meetings
 INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEWS

- With all beneficiaries were achieved, at least

three interviews, until now.

- It follow to be done the final interviews, after

the assessment of the tests and finalizing of
the portfolios of the beneficiaries.
