Crop production is the most important
agricultural activity. All minor or major economic
activities in rural areas are directly or indirectly
related to this activity

BANK INTRODUCTION:
Bank of India was founded on 7th September, 1906
by a group of emine
businessmen from Mumbai. The Bank was under
private ownership and
control till July 1969 when it was nationalized along
with 13 other banks.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVE
To study the loan sanctioned policy of bank.
To study the disbursement policy of the bank.
To study the Interest rate charge by bank
To study the loan repayment of the bank
To know about the policy regarding Star Crop Loan Scheme
To study of case analysis

HYPOTHESIS
The following hypotheses are formulated to achieve the objective
of the present study:

Customers are satisfied with the services provided by the bank.

There are minimum formalities for the loan application.


RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research is a term stand for Systematic investigation towards
increase sum of knowledge. Research methodologies are the
methods involve in gathering meaningful data.

Data collection:

The data has been collected from various sources and can be
categorized into two main fields mainly

1. Primary data

2. Secondary data
Primary Data:

Primary data is the collection of data which is gathered from


precise sources and are accurately maintained.
Primary data can be collected by
Interview
Survey
Universe Bharsinghi.
Sample size 50

Secondary data:

It is the type of data which is dependent on primary data and other


sources.
Secondary data can be collected by
1. Published data
2. Banks annual report
3. Financial statements.
4. www.bankofindia.co.in

The above chart showing the percentage of the respondents crop type and the
highest group is Kharif i.e. 80% and that 0f
KHARIF = 80%
RABI = 8%

Interpretation
The above chart showing the percentage of the respondents satisfied
with interest % on loan of the bank and the highest group is yes i.e.
90% and that 0f
YES = 90%
NO = 10%
CONCLUSION

1. It is being concluded that the number of respondents are more

2. In survey I found gender wise classification of the respondents and
concluding that the Numbers of male respondents are more as compared to
that of female respondents.
3. The conclusion drawn on the basis of qualification that the respondents are
not highly Qualified most of the respondents are found to be qualified up till
higher secondary level only.
4. The conclusion drawn on the basis of occupation those maximum
respondents are Belonging to the agricultural occupation and are farmers.
5. The conclusion drawn on the basis of respondents annual income is that
more number of Respondents are having the annual income is above 1 lakh.
6. It is concluded that maximum percentage of respondent having their own
farm
7. The area of farm is that the respondents are more with the farm area below
10 acres and 98% of the respondents are found to be with this area of farm.
8. The maximum respondent taken loan on the Kharif crop.
9. On the basis of issuing of loan. The conclusion drawn is that the loan is
being individually issued more by the respondents.
10.It is being concluded that the amount of loan sanctioned to the
respondents as per the application is more i.e. 98% and the amount of
loan Sanctioned partly of their application is very less i.e. 2%.
11. The conclusion drawn on the basis purpose behind taking loan is found
to be more for agricultural purpose.
12.The conclusion drawn on the basis of EMI installment is found to be
convenient for the customer and is yearly installment.

13.The conclusion drawn for the level of satisfaction of the respondents for
the procedure of the loan of the bank is more the percentage of
respondents satisfied for loan procedure is 88%.
14.It is being concluded that the level of satisfaction for the EMI policy of
the bank among the respondents is more the percentage of respondents
satisfied with the EMI policy of bank is 70%.
15. It is being concluded that the level of satisfaction for the
percentage of interest loan of the bank among the respondents
satisfied with the interest loan of the bank is 90%.
16. The level of satisfaction among the respondents with the service
provided by the bank is found to be satisfactorily .it is being
concluded that the maximum amount of respondents i.e. nearly
64% are satisfied with the service provided by the bank.
17. Customers are increasing day by day because of the awareness
about the crop loan and some feel that the taking crop loan is
easy for the Kissan.
18. Banks EMI policy got good response from the customer. That the
Loan borrowers have paid their EMI installment yearly.
19. Loan Sanction Policy is very well managed concerning customer
demand as per the customers property and less processing
charges for the crop loan
20. The Branch staffs are very cooperative to understand and help to
customer regarding loan policy of the bank
SUGGESTION
Bank need to organize awareness programme regarding loan
policy and to simplify the loan procedure of the bank.

Bank need to appoint to consultant officer for the consulting the


customer regarding loan

LIMITATIONS
Reliability of the sources could be Limitation for the project.

Bank does not provide full information.

Span of Project was limited.
