Description: the pictures show the booklet me and my MST used to asses our
students in reading, the right picture shows that the teachers paper to write the
student name, and the pages they read, the e last paper show that the colors of
grading the reading skill.
Justification: to keep recording the student progress in some skills, is the best
way to asses the students improvement, as the results show how better they are or
how much support they need.
Description: this is a work sheet, which I used regularly to asses my students
understanding to the lesson at the end of the class.
Justification: using a formal assessment to diagnose student learning needs
and support the continuous of the student.

Description: my MST feedback about my reflection toward my students.
Justification: when it is obvious that you are giving feedback, that mean you achieve what
you want. And I used to give my students a regular feedback to enhance their professional
development.

Description: this is a formative assessment that I applied at the end of my lesson, it


shows three colors of the traffic and each color describe a stage of what students
understand or not or need a help.
Justification: some students feel shy to raise their hands asking for a repetition because
they do not understand, in this way, after I collect the sheets back, I can know who got the
lesson, and what target of areas they need more improve in, what did they learn
successfully today.

Description: this is my MCT feed back about my lesson (highlighted with yellow).
Justification: at the end of my class, I used to change the format of lesson, for example this was
rounding numbers lesson, I used to gave my students the answer and they have to shape the
question, to develop their cognitive skill and make sure they understand the lesson perfectly.

Description: this table show KWL chart, that done at the end of some weeks when I
taught.
Justification: at the end of two weeks , I used to gave my students KWL chart, which
reflect on my effort of how well I teach them to learn, and much they understand or
need more improvement in learning the subject concepts.

Description: this is one example of formative assessment (dictation).
Justification: I used to give my students dictations twice a week, and keep recording their
results, in this way it support the students to study the words daily, and try their best to get
high marks, as there is a reward for the once who get full mark, and the dictation include
words and sentences, which improve their writing skill.
Use these activities as short assessments, as appropriate, to diagnose student learning needs
and support the continuous development of all children
Description: at the end of bugs unit, I used to apply new way of
assessing my students understanding. who am I is paper with two
sides, the first side used to describe the bug, and the next side
drawing the bug. They have to ask their friends about the bug they
are taking about, then they show them the picture to check the
answer.
Justification: when including drawing and guessing, I notice that
the students were fighting to present first, and after they finish ,they
used to walk around the class to show their drawing. When I apply a
task that fit students interest , they used to do their best. At the same
time I am assessing their understanding of the bugs characteristics,
and spelling, and how to write sentences.
