https://ukzn.on.worldcat.org/atoztitles/browse

Searching
Analyse the search topic and choose keywords carefully.
Think of alternative words with similar meanings e.g. maize or
corn.
Start with a general advanced search and see what results display.
Refine after the initial search for more specific information if
necessary. If a search starts off too narrow, important information
can be missed.
Know the scientific names of search terms.
Search different databases, as their journal collections are not the
same.
When good, pertinent articles are found, check their
bibliographies or reference lists for more information.

Endnote
Endnote is a bibliographic management package. It provides a means of
storing and organizing research references for citation within a paper or
thesis, and provides a means of creating bibliographies.
UKZN subscribes to this software on behalf of registered staff and
students.
The latest version at UKZN is Endnote X7.
This is not an online tool so the software needs to be downloaded from the
Universitys software library at https://softwarerep.ukzn.ac.za/
The databases offer the option to export citations to Endnote or other
reference managers when doing literature searches.
The user first needs to create an Endnote Library. Thereafter, the citations,
or citations and abstracts, can be exported.
Online tutorials are available on the Endnote Website
http://www.endnote.com/training/
