Applicant Submits Application to Secretariat of One Stop
Centre
The One Stop Centre (OSC) Secretariat shall check and examine
all documents submitted based on the checklist prepared . The

checklist is as follows:

1. Simultaneous application for conversion and subdivision


under Section 124A National Land Code (NLC) Form 7D, or
application for Surrender and Re-alienation under Section
204D National Land Code (NLC) Form 12D;
2. Application for Planning Permission (Local Council/Authority);
3. Application for Building Plan approval; and
4. Application for Earthworks Plan and application for Road and
Drainage

Subsequent Actions by OSC Secretariat:


5. Register the application
6. Receive the receipt of processing fees
7. Key in data for electronic submission, if applicable. and

Principal Submitting Person
The PSP is a professional architect, engineer or building draftsman who submits
building plans to the LA for approval. He must be registered under the relevant
law relating to registration thereof, eg Architects Act 1967 or Registration of
Engineers Act 1967(Revised 1974).

The PSPs responsibilities include:


1. submitting building plans for approval by the LA,
2. supervising the erection and completion of the building in conformity with
the approved plans and the requirements of the provisions of Acts or by-
laws,
3. ensuring all technical conditions imposed by the LA have been duly
complied with; and
4. ensuring that the building is safe and fit for occupation.
