offer high quality welds with minimum downtime
and provides manufacturers with intelligent controls to manage welding applications in metal fabrication; from bicycles to sporting goods, and from automotive parts to agricultural equipment.
IRC-5 is the controller which is used in robot 1410.
Rapid language is used to program robot for
welding application.
Robotware arc software is used for
programming.
Sensor used in IRB 1410 robot is the SmarTac
for seam/counter tracking.
Sensor used for conveyer tracking is AWC.
BLOCK DIAGRAM WORKING Control system: The control system is used to control robots, welding equipment, positioned and all other peripheral equipments. Control system of IRC is complemented with control units also for safety equipments with other peripherals. Power source:The welding power source consists of process control equipment. Welding power source and control cabinet is provided on the side wall of the safety equipment. The welding power source that can is used isRPC P-350 Controller: The controller used is IRC5 with Flexpendant. The controller uses RobotWare software and is programmed using Rapid language. The controller is used to produce output depending on the sensor input and the control system. The RobotWare supports every aspect of the robot system, such as motion control, development and execution of application programs, communication etc. Manipulator: The IRB 1410 manipulator has six axes. The manipulator has integrated hose for compressed air, there is an inlet at the base and an outlet on the upper arm housing. For connection of extra equipment on the manipulator, there are cables integrated into the manipulators cabling. ADVANTAGES
