HEV technology transfers only G.729 voice packet over air interface,
the bandwidth is only 8kbps. Base station encapsulate number of users
voice packets into one SRTP packet per 10ms and send it to SAG. SAG
transfer SRTP to RTP, and send it to third-party soft switch.

McWiL 17
DNSS3000

DNSS3000:
Wireless network management system, manages
base stations, SAG2000 and SAG1000.
EMS has been converged into DNSS3000, to be a
module of DNSS3000.

McWiL 19
iM3000

iM3000:
Core network management system, manages
SAG3000, HLR3000, SHLR3000, and iMC2000.
Supporting billing management of CB3000

McWiL 20
iMC2000
Interface to ISMG: supporting SMPP v3.3 / v3.4 / v5.0,
v3.4 is recommended.
Capacity: up to 1million, message number in queue is
up to 500,000.
Message processing speed
Based on IBM xSeries 3650,concurrent handling ability is
500/s;
Based on PC with CPU of P4 3.0GHz and 1G RAM,
concurrent handling ability should be 300/s
Time latency of message searching: 2000ms(95%)
Probability of message lost: 10^-7
Time latency of message transmitting: 1000ms (95%)
McWiL 21
CB3000
CB3000 is developed independently by XINWEI.
supports voice, short message and broadband data service billing.
CB3000 collects billing data directly from the base stations, not
dependent on BRAS and AAA servers.
Current version supports:
Convergent billing for voice, SMS and broadband data service
Prepaid and postpaid based on online billing
Web self-services
Recharge card production and management
Capacity of 20,000
Follow-up version will support:
Roaming billing between several CB3000
Simplified business operation
Union recharge card management

Summary

McWiLL Multimedia Trunking System is

provided with:
Voice trunking and data trunking service along
with broadband data service
Performance of voice trunking and data trunking
is equivalent to TETRA, iDEN
Based on ability of broadband wireless access,
supporting multimedia information
transmission, including voice, images, real time
video, etc.
