This document outlines a study that aims to examine the gendered effects of tattoos for people aged 18-25. It will survey 20 participants online to understand their attitudes towards tattoos and tattooed bodies on a scale, and analyze whether perceptions differ based on the gender of the tattooed person. The results could add to research on gender biases towards tattooed individuals and how perceptions may have changed in the modern, post-feminist era.
