Canon 1083.1 A man cannot validly enter
marriage before the completion of his
sixteenth year of age, nor a woman before
the completion of her fourteenth year.
Art. 5. Any male or female of the age of
eighteen years or upwards not under any of
the impediments mentioned in Articles 37
and 38, may contract marriage.
Impotence
Canon 1084.1 Antecedent and perpetual impotence to have
sexual intercourse, whether on the part of the man or on that
of the woman, whether absolute or relative, by its very nature
invalidates marriage.
