DEAR COLLEAGUE

Dear Colleague,
The challenge to train MBA students in ethical discipline is a
daunting one.
The main reason for this is the existing cynicism and a
misunderstanding between the distinction of a systematic
discipline and actual practice of moral actions.
It may be brought to the attention of the student that three
factors: Concepts (knowledge) Skills and Ethical Values make a
true professional; any one of these go missing, she/he would be
considered a failed professional.
If you succeed in conveying this challenge, your job is half done;
the rest would no doubt be an adventurous sport or sail or
mountaineering or any other adventure you fancy.
I wish you a fruitful and memorable adventure.
Your Colleague,
Daniel Albuquerque.
