interests me because it would enable me to make full use of my administrative and organizational skills. I have well-developed written and
oral communication skills that can be very useful in carrying out the duties for the above-mentioned position.

Providing care to clients in their own homes in also the community. Liaising with other
healthcare professionals such as District Nurses and GPs.
Excellent leadership qualities and supervisory experience. Assisting clients to
get up then helping dress and prepare them for their day.

Assisting service users with their environment & day to day activities.
Monitoring blood pressure and other physical conditions, as required.

Making recommendations for changes and improvements to a clients care.


Organizing and assisting with recreational activities.

Assist clients with their exercises, physiotherapy and other medical plans.
Maintaining confidential client files preparing reports & information as
required.

Assisting with prescribed medication. Transporting Care patients to


appointments and activities.

Ability to identify signs of illness or deteriorating health in a patient. Experience of shifts
including days, nights, sleep in's on a temp to perm basis.

and move care patients adequately. Compassionate and understanding as well as
possessing cultural awareness.

Experience of working in a patient's homes, nursing homes, children's facilities, hospices

I interested to apply as the Finance Manager because I think that I am capable to be in that position

A:Apakah kamu siap untuk wawancara kerja?


B:Ya, saya siap pak.

A:Bagaimana kamu tau tentang lowongan kerja di perusahaan ini? Apa yang membuat kamu
tertarik untuk melamar sebagai Manajer Keuangan di perusahaan ini ?

B:Saya membaca iklan di koran The Post, edisi hari Minggu. Saya tertarik untuk melamar
sebagai Manajer keuangan karena saya rasa saya memiliki kemampuan untuk berada di posisi
itu. Selain itu, saya juga lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi dengan IPK yang bagus 3.90.
A:Do you have any job experiences at the same position?
B:No Sir. I am a fresh graduate.

A:Do you have any computer ability? Can you speak other languages?
B:Yes, I have. I can operate Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Ms.Powerpoint, and
Internet. I can speak Chinese and Japanese.

A:Thats interesting. Where did you learn all that languages?


B:I took a course to learn that languages.

A:Very well. So, what is your strength and weakness point?


B:My strength is my spirit and my responsibility in doing something. I
also like to learn new things. My weakness is I am afraid of height.

A:Well, it was a great time to have an interview with you. I thought you
are a great candidate to fill up the position. I will call you later after the
board of directors make a decision. Thank you for coming Melissa.

B:Ya, saya punya. Saya memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan Ms.Word, Ms.Excel,

A:Itu menarik. Dimana kamu belajar semua bahasa itu?


Saya mengambil kursus untuk mempelajari bahasa-bahasa tersebut.

A:Bagus sekali. Jadi, Apa kelebihan dan kekurangan kamu?


B:Kelebihan saya anda semangat dan rasa tanggungjawab saya dalam mengerjakan sesuatu.
Saya juga senang untuk mempelajari hal baru. Kelemahan saya dalah, saya takut akan
ketinggian.

A:Baiklah, sangat menyenangkan mewawancarai kamu. Saya rasa kamu adalah pilihan terbaik
untuk mengisi posisi tersebut. Saya akan menghubungi kamu setelah dewan direksi membuat
