Aside from academic deficiency, other
grounds to FAIL the course are the
following:
Intellectual dishonesty
Attendance
CHED ruling on absences : NOT more
than 20% of total meetings
otherwise, the students may be given
a final grade of 5.00

Class Policies
Policies to Remember
1. Grievances regarding checked quizzes,
major exams and other assessments
shall be entertained only within three
(3) days upon the return of papers or
posting of scores. All grievances (for
any reasons) will not affect the grades
if they are raised after the 3-day grace
period.

missed major exams due to valid
