The first builds consist of 2 floars ,the first floor
contain on maneger office , legalitres assairs
office , purchases office , puplic relation ships
office , odmittance office , emergency
department out patient department , operation
units, lobortory unit , radlogy department
centralized sterilization , pharmcy especial to ont
patient .
the scend 2nd floor contain in patient
department (bidiatric , surgicol , medical )
department , c.c.u department , restourant ,
laundrette , infection control office , quality
team office , nursing and physction,s home.
The 2nd build consist of 3 floor :-

The first floor contain physiotherapy department ,


calculations office .

The 2nd floor contain on the N.I.C.U department .

The 3 rd floor contain on dialysis department .

The 3 rd build consist of 3 floor , the 1 st floor contain


on stock rooms for medications and supplies , the 2
nd floor contain liver unit , the 3rd floor contain the
conference hall , informations center office .

N.I.C.U Unit
Consist of rooms , intern physieion office , breast feeding and
prepare of artificial feeding room , cleaning in cup atorss room
, preparing I.V.F.S room , clean in cupators room , septic in
cubators room , 1solation room , medictions and supplies
room .
N.I.C.U unit contain on 7 in cubators , 3in cubators are clean,
for clean patient , 3 in cubators f septic patient , and I in
cubators for isolated patient
Brest feeding room contain hands wash basin , for the mother
wash her hands and breast , dispasable apron and chair for
mother , bailer for pepp erontal boiler for water aktificial milk
Cleaning in cubators room contain on one heater 3 photo the
ropy , one deubliter device , one section device .
Connulction car , hands wash basin and bath tub for habies.
Septic in cubators room contain on heater , 3 photo the ropy
neubliter , section device , cannulotion car hands wash basin
, and bath tub for habies
Isolation room contain on heater photo the ropy neulizer and
section device , connulation car , hands wash basin and bath
tub for habies
There are one monitor , one crus car , one R.B.S device

Policy of D.I.C.U unit :-
hospital shay establish specific criteria for the entry of the
patints of the department of premature according to the
physiological indicators assigned by specilist doctors .
In doctors entry premature department :-
1- difficulty breathing , grad I or 2 or 3 .
2- under weight baby.
3- premature baby.
4- jaundice .
5- I.D.M .
6- preoperative care .
7- post operative care .
8- p neumonia .
9- cromps , cnojeterness
10- hypo thermia .
11- hyper the rmia
12- sever diarrheu and romiting.
13- not pass urine or feces .
14- other in doctors .

Where every baby have I.D and identification card on his in
cubators to avoid any exchange between babies .

Process : -
The road followed by the patint when he entered the hospital until
the arrivelof the N.I.C.U unit .
Start to enter the patient to the department and examine by
emergency doctor .
After that is colled the N.I.c.U dr to check the patient and
determine their status and when his condition need to enter
E.I.C.U unit is make sure there is a place empty or no in unit and
if there is a place in unit a doctor orders to enter the baby to
N.I.C.U unit .
Writes dr babies name , diagnosis and ordered the entry , and
signed by the signature dr and supervisor hospital and them a
baby porents start in the work entry procedures and where babies
parent directed to the entry office to make the entrance ticket .
Take complete data about the patient and make sure there is
health in surance card and them taking office employee entereng
the patien ticket to N.I.C.U unit and give it to durse . The durse
recived baby and his ticket and check baby data the durse make
identification card for patient and put it his incubator .
The durse put the baby on heater and take off
his clothes and make assessment from head to
toes in found any abanorama lites in patient
tell the doctor and then tell his family , writes
dr report of status of the baby when to enter
and the need of signature by the babies family
on the report .
Take the durse baby to give coplete path and
put himon the heater , take vital signs , baby
weight , head and chest circum ference , if
baby have difficult breathing and blood
samples , wear I . D on baby hand ,
adjustable temprature of in cubator baby in
37c. Put baby in in cubator on oxygen or photo
there according to dr orders .
