    Aim :- To create a space which can form the node for holding and experiencing
    commercial, cultural and social activities. It is in a way a hybrid between a
    Convention centre or a Cultural hub and a Commercial centres at a much reduced
    scale. As a City Centre requires to incorporate the demands the present
    demography asks for commercial and Cultural Hub.
