HISTORY
FASTECH was established in 1997 mainly as a general electical
company. It is currently among the Philippines Top 1000
Corporations. Moreover, FASTECH is a Triple A electical corporation
aligned among the Top 10 Electrical Companies in the country.

FASTECH has a line-up of credentialed civil, electro-mechanical


engineers, architects and support personnel. But the workforce is
not the only asset of the Corporation. Over the years, it has
acquired a massive build-up of electrical equipment to service the
requirements of its growing clientele in the private and
government sectors. This partnership between man and machine
provides the solid foundation upon which any electrical project of
the Corporation is anchored.

First Allied Technology (FASTECH) has built its


experience from the various infrastructure
projects, commercial centers, government
edifices, industrial structures, and medium/highrise building projects it has completed for the last
32 years. It has gained insights and innovative
knowledge by working with competent Project
Management Specialists during project
implementation. It is a standard Fastechs
business practice to provide clients technically
sound and commercially attractive proposals that
will lead to competent, timely and safe execution
of these projects. Part of its corporate
commitment is to complete projects on schedule
and with utmost regard to personnel safety.

Architects- for architectural
requirements.
Structural Engineers- for the stability of
the structures.
Professional Electrical Engineers- for its
electrical requirements.
Mechanical Engineers- for its air
conditioning and air supply of its fire
protection like the sprinkler system if
any.

Division of Manpower
Is usually based on the requirements
of the day to day operation
( Manpower is dependent on the
volume work to be accomplished in a
certain period of time.

Budgeting
It means programming their finances
in terms of their receivables
meaning, they make sure that their
expenses will not exceed to their
collectibles otherwise, they will
encounter some financial problems.

Coordination through Suppliers


- They coordinate to their suppliers
through Purchase Orders (PO) they
issue them PO for materials to be
delivered and complete with its
material
descriptions.
Time

delivery, cost and mode of payment
are also included.

Managing Accidental Errors

other recourse but to get a loan from
banks or sometimes from private
financiers.
