Con el uso de IP, cada LINK de Sealizacin est asociado con 1 ASSOCIATION SET
1 ASSOCIATION SET puede conformarse de hasta 32 ASSOCIATIONS (Envo de Mensajes DESORDENADOS)
1 ASSOCIATION SET puede conformarse de hasta 16 ASSOCIATIONS
(Envo de Mensajes ORDENADOS, donde el SLS se usa para compartir la carga entre los ASSOCIATIONS)
El STATUS de LINK sigue al STATUS del ASSOCIATION SET
(El LINK se activar cuando al menos 1 ASSOCIATIONS dentro del ASSOC. SET correspondiente se active.
Cada ASSOCIATION est definido por la unidad de Sealizacin en la cual existe y por la direccin IP del destino.
Se recomienda configurar ASSOCIATION SET cuyos ASSOCIATIONS esten controlados por distintas unidades de
Sealizacin. (PARA GARANTIZAR REDUNDANCIA Y DISTRIBUCIN UNIFORME DE CARGA ENTRE LAS UNIDADES)
El ASSOCIATION SET es un concepto especfico de la arquitrectura NOKIA

ESTRUCTURA DEL MENSAJE DE M3UA

CONFIGURACIN DE SIGTRAN
1. Create an association set (OYC)
ZOYC:<association set name>:<role>;

2. Add associations to the association set (OYA)

ZOYA:<association set name>:<unit type>,<unit index>:[source port
number]:<first destination IP address>,[netmask length]:[second destination IP
address,[netmask length]:<parameter set name>;

3. Check the associations (OYI)

ZOYI::;

4. Give IP addresses to own signalling units

ZQRN

5. Add IP addresses for SCTP multihoming (OYN)

ZOYN:<unit type>,<unit index>:<IP address version>: <primary source IP
address>,[secondary source IP address];

6. Create IP type SS7 signalling link and link set (NSP)

ZNSP:<signalling network>,<signalling link point code>,<signalling link set
name>,<signalling link number>:<association set>;

7. Create signalling route set (NRC)

ZNRC:<signalling network>,<signalling point code>, <signalling point
name>,<parameter set number>,<load sharing status>,<restriction
status>:<signalling transfer point code>,<signalling transfer point
name>,<signalling route priority>;

8. Activate the IP configuration

ZNLC:<signalling link number>,<state>;
Note
Cuando el usuario Activa el Link de Sealizacin, el Sistema automticamente
intenta activar los ASSOCIATION que pertenecen al ASSOCIATION SET
correspondiente. El Link de Sealizacin estar Activo, Si al menos 1 de los
ASSOCIATIONS que pertenecen al ASSOCIATION SET se activa.
