My Work Environment

Motivational Leader
Motivational leadership is the
ability to uplift and inspire
people to perform at their best.
Personal leadership on the other
hand, is the ability to motivate
yourself to do the things, and be
the kind of person, that make
you into a motivational leader.
Both are necessary for
maximum performance. They
are flip sides of the same coin.

For years I contemplated returning to California, since it has always been the place I wanted to work. So I was sitting in class
during my junior year and I thought to myself, what am I doing with my life; is this what I want, is this where I want to live.
Following the end of my class I made the decision to move to California without looking back I was on my way. However, that was
just the first step because I reached a moment in life where I saw my dreams almost disappear and from that moment I have found
every reason to continue my fight and make my dreams come true.
