What is Parkinson??
It is describe cell (neurons) in the
part of brain (substantia niagra) are
growing worse that cause
neurotransmitter, named dopamine a
chemical that carries signals from
brain to the target cell become worse
too.
It attacks the central nervous system
of human body

Slow movement
Rigidity
Tremor
Postural Instability
Non-Motor Symptoms
Constipation
Low mood
Fatigue
Memory problems
Treatment
Conventional treatment of Parkinson
usually related to the usage of
medication that aimed at increasing
the dopamine activity and other
physiotherapy to treat the patient
However, there is some studies
shows throughout food Parkinson
may be treated too
Omega-3 fats
- Neuron inflammation occurs in the brain
of Parkinson people
- This omega-3 fats are a good antiinflammatory to control the neurological
damage inside the brain
- Omega-3 fats can be found in salmon,
sardine, walnuts
Vitamin D
- A study discovered that we actually
have these vitamin receptor inside the
brain which boost the growth of
hormone for neuron inside the brain.
Which typically is good
- Sunlight is the main sources of vitamin
D
Magnesium
- Such minerals act as natural relaxant
- Deficiency in this magnesium may cause
tremors, muscle weakness, constipation
which is similar to Parkinsons symptom
- It is recommended to eat more leafy
greens as this kind of vegetables have
high content of magnesium eg: spinach
OSTEOPOROSIS
WHAT IS OSTEOPOROSIS?
Osteoporosis means porous or weak
bones.
Bone is surprisingly dynamic.
It is constantly remolded but in
osteoporosis, more bones is lost than
made.
The greater the bone mass, the less
likely a bone to break.
RISK FACTOR OF
OSTEOPOROSIS
Menopause is the
single
most
important risk factor
for osteoporosis.
Bone density drops
off
sharply
at
menopause because
of a decrease in the
hormone estrogen,
which
prevents
reabsorption
of
bone.
with
no
risk
factors
may
still
develop
osteoporosis.
SYMPTOMS
Symptoms
Osteoporosis
is
not
painful unless you have
fractures.
Fractures resulting from
osteoporosis
can
gradually cause the spine
to collapse.
This can result in height
loss,
pain
and
a
deformed back.
