GENERAL AIM
To provide an understandable introduction to the main components
and the issues related to the field of applied linguistics.
SPECIFIC AIMS
To carry out a clear and meaningful presentation for students to
get a better perspective of what this subject is about.
To develop a suitable and didactic activy so as to engange the

THEORITICAL BACKGROUND
DAVE WILLIS (2003): His most relevant thesis in terms of applied linguistics
are approached on aspects related to the pedagogic grammar and how this
is related to the processes teaching and learning, based on the Second
Language Acquisition Theories.
