Onboarding
Normally takes 3-4 months for complete transition from Software vendor maintenance
to third-party support.

Rimini Street and Spinnaker both are ISO 9001:2008 certified.


Rimini Street

Named Account Manager and PSE are involved in onboarding, additionally Onboarding
Account Manager is included to ensure consistent onboarding process.

When transition completes the project is handed to Named Account Manager for primary
business and PSE for support services.

Spinnaker Support

ASL oversees an assigned Onboarding Project Manager who is responsible for leading the
transition process

Archiving
Some enterprises cancel the software vendors
maintenance agreement while running older release of the
software.
To upgrade, a customer must have access to the new
content, which is done via creating an achieve of upgrade
content.
Achieving being a quite complex, time consuming process
it can be a challenge to archive without violating the IP
rights.

Rimini Street and Spinnaker Support both provide ISO 90001:2008 certified
archiving services.

Rimini Street
Created and delivered over 1,000 achieves to clients and delivered many
achieves.

Spinnaker support
Performs archiving process unless the customer wishes to do so in which
case Spinnaker support assumes management and advisory roles.
