Data will be collected from patients medical records
Secondary data then will be interpreted according to classification needed.
Data are grouped specifically based on prevalence needed

3.7 Location and Time of Study

Secondary data obtained from RSHS will be collected, analyzed and


interpreted from from Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin and Hopsital
Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Klang from the year of 2012-2015

Data analysis will be conducted according to result obtained
