I need good muscular endurance for hiking the Appalachian Trail. Muscular
Strength will allow me to sustain climbing over many obstacles in my way, for
instance down trees, boulders and uneven surfaces.
I train with stations. Stations that I use to increase my endurance are scissor
jacks, squats, bicycle crunches and leg lifts

REASONS WHY you enjoy your
activity
1.I like to find new places with caves and waterfalls.
2. I like walking and talking with friends and having a
picnic at the end of a hike.
3. I like to see wildlife like deer and bald eagles.
4. I like the feeling of a good workout. (sore muscles,
stronger legs, meeting personal goals)
